Changes to the Crown Health Care Programs for 2027 include:

• Medical premiums for family member coverage and the working spouse surcharge are increasing.
• The Prescription Drug Program will have a new, simpler cost sharing structure.
• The annual out-of-pocket maximum is changing and both medical and prescription drug expenses will accumulate toward a combined maximum.
• New support is available for type 2 diabetics through the Level 2 Program.
• The Healthcare Flexible Spending Account limit will increase to $3,400.
