Changes to the Crown Health Care Programs for 2025 include:
- The premiums for family member coverage and the tobacco surcharge are increasing.
- The Medical Program’s coinsurance and out of pocket maximums are increasing.
- The Disability Income Program is changing as outlined in the open enrollment materials provided to employees.
- Unum will replace New York Life as the leave administrator for Disability and Family Medical Leave starting January 1.
- Unum is offering eligible employees guaranteed issue long-term disability insurance during open enrollment only.
- The Health Care FSA annual contribution limit will increase to $3,200.
